Proptech is the real estate industry's new gold

Proptech boomers and the real estate industry are really getting their eyes open to the potential of digital solutions in energy, green transition and biodiversity. But only about half of Danish real estate companies have a digital strategy and lack digital skills.

The man who has his finger on the real estate industry's digital pulse is Michael Ambjørn, managing director of the interest organization Proptech Denmark.

Proptech Denmark has grown to over 200 members in recent years, and Michael Ambjørn is long past having to answer whether proptech is relevant.
