Bygningsautomatikkens rolle i den økonomisk bæredygtige agenda

Presenter, Nicolai Wylich is market manager at the interdisciplinary engineering contractor Andersen & Heegaard A/S.

Nicolai is a member of Værdibyg's group for Strategic Collaborations and together with ATP-Ejendomme has developed a new concept for effective improvement of a building: Complete Solution for Building.

Many years of experience and analyzes from the cooperation with the construction parties point to automation and sustainability as important factors in the agenda of the building managers.

The presentation "sustainable building automation" is about why building automation plays a central role in relation to the economically sustainable agenda.

There is a focus on several aspects:

  • Increase user satisfaction in the buildings
  • Improve sustainability
  • Increase the value of buildings

In the public sector, there is usually most focus on reducing costs and improving to more sustainable buildings. With private property managers, there are also wishes for higher rental income and increased value of investments in construction.

The presentation looks at how these – sometimes conflicting interests – intertwine. We delve into experiences of using building automation to find the best improvements in the buildings, which also make everyday life easier for both users and operating employees.

The presentation includes the role of building automation in connection with the latest and upcoming authority requirements for both new and older buildings. Both from the building regulations (BR18) and energy labels as well as DGNB.

Finally, for inspiration, a case is presented on the Total Solution for the Ministry of Taxation, which illustrates how a building is raised from energy label C to B, for zero kroner in investment for the client.
